The long
way here.
From selling on the streets of Tehran to building a business in Canada. The experience behind our conversation.

The car was
the warehouse.
At 13, Soheil started selling in Tehran. At 17, he moved to Canada and started again. By 2012, the back seat and trunk of his car were filled with customer orders. No team. No warehouse. Just packing, shipping, and showing up.
January 2012

Room to build.
One year later, a first unit of his own. Computers on the floor, a desk, and inventory stacked below the mezzanine. It was the first space for a business that could grow beyond one person.
February 2013

Systems came first.
Ink cartridges by the thousand. Warranty cards printed in-house. Handwritten shipping guides taped to the shelves. The lesson was practical: make it clear enough that someone else can do it well.
2014–2015

A bigger operation.
The first full shipping container became a warehouse full of inventory. Over the years, the business grew to nearly $4M a year in sales and was valued by a CPA at ~$20M.
The years of growth

A different
kind of wealth.
After a decade of growth, Soheil stepped back to make more room for family and time. That change shaped the way he thinks about business, money, and the life those things are meant to support.
The next chapter

Passing it on.
Today, Soheil coaches people one-on-one and shares what he has learned on YouTube. 20+ years in business. 100M+ views. 10,000+ people mentored. The same honest conversation, wherever you are starting from.
